Key Responsibilities:
Develop an area business plan to align with company objectives
Manage, train and motivate a network of sales agents to exceed targets
Monitor sales performance through KPIs and address gaps proactively
Analyse and expand customer portfolios to unlock new business opportunities
Participate actively in open houses, events and local fairs
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and coaching of new sales agents
Conduct machine presentations and demonstrations for agents and customers
Maintain close collaboration with the sales department, ensuring consistent reporting and strategic alignment
Uphold company policies and monitor the brands image across the market
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in machinery or technical equipment sectors
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage KPIs effectively
Experience in developing long-term sales strategies and market expansion
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good English language skills
Your place of residence should be in the south of Italy
