Steinheim, October 2024 – Besides professional power tools, innovations are regularly added to the FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH range to make tradesmen’s everyday work easier. A compact concept for easy handling but with plenty of power are the convincing arguments in favour of the new FLEX 12 volt cordless jigsaw JSP 12-EC. This handy all-rounder will be available in stores from September at a RRP of 149 Euros plus VAT.
FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH is also offering an increasing number of smaller devices in the 12 volt battery range with a clever product concept focussing on manageability and efficiency. The new cordless jigsaw JSP 12-EC cordless jigsaw, another new product in this series, combines compact dimensions and a very lightweight housing to deliver professional results when working with wood, metal and plastic.
Lightweight with great flexibility
An outstanding feature of the JSP 12-EC is its light weight of just 1.46 kg. This feature makes it particularly suitable for jobs requiring high mobility and precise control. Its ergonomic design means that the jigsaw sits comfortably in your hand, enabling fatigue-free working even during long periods of use.
Fast work progress and flexible cuts
The saw is not only designed for standard cuts, it also handles curves with ease. It also offers a high cutting speed, which is supported by the innovative Auto mode. This automatically adjusts the speed to the material resistance, making work much easier, increasing efficiency and protecting both the material and the saw blade.
Precise and controlled cuts
With a stroke of 23 mm and a 3-stage pendulum mechanism, the JSP 12-EC is designed for precise and fast cuts in a very wide range of materials. The pendulum mechanism allows the cut intensity to be adjusted to suit the job requirements and the material - from soft and clean cuts in delicate materials to fast and powerful cuts in harder materials.
Convenient operation and versatile equipment
The JSP 12-EC incorporates tool-free saw blade changing, which enables quick and uncomplicated changes between different saw blades. Besides saving time, but also ensures that the saw is always optimised for the particular material being worked on.
An integrated LED light provides precise illumination of the work area, eliminating the need for external lighting. This gives the user full control over the cutting process at all times. An attachable dust cap protects against chips and dust, as well as improving the view of the cutting line and at the same time ensuring work safety.
Flexible and safe with angle adjustment, sliding shoe and splinter guard
The JSP 12-EC impresses with its versatile options for use. The integrated angle adjustment is particularly practical, allowing cuts to be made at an angle of up to 45 degrees in both directions. This function opens up additional possible uses, especially for demanding mitre cuts.
An attachable splinter guard minimises tears on the workpiece, which is particularly advantageous for sensitive materials such as plywood or laminate. The sliding shoe makes it easier to guide the saw on different surfaces and at the same time protects the workpiece from damage. The transparent dust cap also ensures better dust extraction. If required, the dust cap can also be swivelled forwards for better visibility or removed completely.
