Competition Guidelines
1. General information
The competition "70 years angle grinder" is exclusively subject to the following conditions of participation.
2. Who is the organizer?
The organizer is FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 15, Steinheim/Murr (hereinafter "FLEX").
The competition is not connected to Meta. It is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Meta.
3. When and where does the competition take place?
The competition will take place from December 25, 2024 up to January 08, 2025 on the FLEX Facebook page and on the Instagram account @flex_tools. The draw will take place on January 09, 2025.
4. Who is eligible to participate?
Eligible to participate are persons over 18 years of age residing in one of the EU member states. FLEX employees and their relatives are excluded from participation.
5. What can I win?
To be raffled among all participants:

There will be no cash payment of the prize. A change of the prize is excluded.
6. How does the raffle work?
To participate, the participant must follow the FLEX Social Media account she/he participates at, like the competition post using the Like function and comment the post. Only 1 like and comment is counted per participant. The prize draw will take place on 09 January 2025. FLEX is not responsible for late likes and comments or technical defects. FLEX will contact the winners via their Social Media profile. The winner must then contact FLEX within 7 days. If she/he fails to do so, the prize will expire and a new winner will be determined from the registrations. Each participant agrees not to share any illegal content in the context of the competition. The winners agree that their name will be published on the account of FLEX. The prizes will be sent to the winners in January 2025.
FLEX reserves the right to adjust, change or cancel the contest at any time if necessary. No liability is accepted for the nature or consequential costs of the prizes.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Privacy policy
The data obtained through participation in the competition will be collected, stored and used by FLEX exclusively for the purpose of the competition and will be deleted afterwards. FLEX will request the first and last name, an e-mail address and date of birth of each winner for the purpose of processing the competition. In addition, FLEX requires a shipping address for sending the prize. This data will also be deleted after the competition is completed. The company responsible for the data collected is FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 15, Steinheim/Murr.
